| Allotment of the Notes |
A maximum of UGX 70,000,000,000/= (Uganda Shillings Seventy Billion) plus a greenshoe option of up to UGX Thirty Billion (Uganda Shillings 30,000,000,000/=) in Notes will be made available for subscription. The Issuer and the Arranger will determine the allotment of Notes at their sole discretion. The Issuer reserves the right, whether the Issue is over-subscribed or not, to reject any application in whole or in part. |
| Use of Proceeds | Proceeds from this Issue will be used to provide long term funding for Platinum’s strategic growth, to improve the maturity profile of its borrowings and to provide additional working capital for on-lending to customers. |
